Freezable Vegetarian Meals respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the policy below regarding copyright infringement.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Freezable Vegetarian Meals website, please notify our designated copyright agent, as set forth below. Your notification must comply with the DMCA requirements.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To file a notice of infringing material on the Freezable Vegetarian Meals site, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Freezable Vegetarian Meals site was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you have the option to file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the specific URL(s)).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Freezable Vegetarian Meals may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
